As we know, in our country School aims at the completion of objectives in education. Especially it helps the pupils to understand deeper the social reality, to make right choices for further education for their own professional resettlement, to realize the steady attachment to the human values, to achieve deeper and more essential knowledge and self-knowledge such as to face with critical and creative spirit, life, science, art and international civilization, to develop their point of view with studying and the deeper knowledge of historic events and of history of art and science, to enrich their sensible and lingual culture and to develop their aesthetic criterion, to understand better their kinetic abilities and tends through certain actions and to gain athletic habits which will improve the quality of their life.

Nowadays, our independent Uzbekistan is focusing on developing in every area. As the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev Miromonovich said: "At the time internalizing new technologies we need to pay attention on the youths’ reading books, being friends with books, raising level of reading of population. For all of this, we need to set and promote our national literature and world literature on social network“. [1] This speech sounded like an appeal. In addition, we need to notice that glorifying Uzbek literature to the world is the current issue for us.

The teaching process is the facilitation of learning, in which we can “teach” a foreign language successfully if, among other things, we know something about learns or fails to learn a foreign language. Where does a teacher begin the quest for an understanding of the principles of foreign learning and teaching? By asking some questions, as Who does the learning and teaching?, What is communication? What is language?, How does learning take place?, How can person can ensure success in language learning?, Finally, the most encompassing of all questions: Why are learners attempting to acquire the foreign language?

However, evidence for successful foreign language learning is easy to find, leading to a discrepancy between these cases and the failure of most language programs, which helps make the research of foreign language acquisition emotionally charged. Older methods and approaches such as the grammar translation method or the method are dismissed and even ridiculed as newer methods and approaches are invented and promoted as the only and complete solution to the problem of the high failure rates of foreign language students in primary schools. As an English teacher, I can mention that using technology will be an effective way of teaching English in primary schools. For example, we can use internet resources for our learners with important and useful authentic materials during our lessons.

Software can interact with learners in ways that books and audio cannot:

· Some software records the learner, analyzes the pronunciation.

· Software can present additional exercises in areas where a particular learner has difficulty, until the concepts are mastered.

· Software can pronounce words in the target language and show their meaning by using pictures instead of oral explanations. The only language in such software is the target language. It is comprehensible regardless of the learner’s native language.

In a few weeks, I noticed that the teachers who teach English and the pupils of this school had good communication skills. Even pupils were able to express themselves in English well. Later, I was sure on their communication skills and thought that (English) teachers have good communication skills in School. Teachers are expected to possess excellent communication skills on their pupils even they are in primary school. I can mention that not only for improving speaking but for all language skills we can use technology in our lessons even in primary schools. Using technology will be interesting and enjoyable for pupils. As English teachers, we are always on the lookout for new and interesting ways to stimulate our language learners. The basic teaching is needed. Teaching the alphabets and the formation of the words is essential and a must. However, something is even more important.
